Because the evacuation orders are still in place for Charleston and Berkeley counties, we will not have worship in person at the Three Lions Pub.

But we will still gather for worship together!

Head over to the Two Rivers Church Facebook page (tworiverschs) at 10 a.m. where we’ll have worship online. Cody has curated a Spotify playlist to get you in a worshipful space, and we’ll continue our “In the Neighborhood: The Gospel According to Mr. Rogers” series  by asking the question, “Are we our sibling’s keeper?” We’ll have ways to respond to the devastation in Florence’s path (through United Methodist Committee on Relief nationally and Fresh Future Farm locally) and we’ll pray together.

Look for information in the coming days about a health kit  and school kit drive we are leading as a community to create kits people can use as they are in shelters, as they return to homes that are damaged and begin to reconstruct their lives.

Most of all, let’s pray for those still in harm’s way, those leading the recovery efforts and those who are most vulnerable who will suffer the effects for months and years to come. We pray that God will show us how we can be hands and feet of God to those most in need.
